The Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod
Is open to children and teens ages 6 to 18. The after school program runs from 2:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m. for grades 1 - 6 and until 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. for teens. It is essentially free except for a $50 annual membership for grades 1 - 8 and $10 annually for teens. Programming includes daily homework help, free individual tutoring, health and fitness activities, sports, arts, drama, music, and character and community service opportunities. The Club's licensed, affordable, and field trip based Summer Day Camp runs for nine weeks in the summer for a weekly fee and is heavily subsidized for families with documented need. The Boys and Girls Club is centrally located in the Upper Cape off Route 151 in Mashpee, behind the Police and Fire Stations at: 31 Frank E. Hicks Drive.
