Is your business ready? Before a storm, hurricane or other disaster hits the Brewster area, make sure to sit down with your employees to ensure that all is in place for your business. Ideally, have at least one (if not all) of your employees trained in first aid/CPR/AED. Check your insurance documents and talk to your IT-specialist to ensure that back-ups of all your pertinent information are stored in a safe location, outside of your business. Similarly, make sure you talk to your family at home to make a plan and buy or build a special preparedness kit that has enough materials to last for three days.
